Recently, we found that many fake FIIDO brand official websites and SNS accounts sold fake and inferior products at low prices, causing losses to consumers.
In order to protect the interests of our agents, promote the business cooperation between the two parties and the healthy development of the brand, our company make new decisions on brand authorization now. The specific items are as follows:
1. FIIDO will conduct brand authorization cooperation with all distributors to regulate the cooperation with distributors;
2. For websites and SNS accounts that have not obtained brand authorization, we will warn them of infringements and require their cooperation to remove brand trademarks and product information before December 31. If those information is not removed within the time limit, FIIDO will conduct legal rights protection when necessary;
3. FIIDO will formulate a brand Letter of Authorization for all dealers who have obtained brand authorization. Please contact FIIDO overseas sales team for specific matters. Overseas sales email: sales@fiido.com, keven@fiido.com.
