Yes. You can return the e-bike to the location provided by our after-sales customer service team. Refunds will be issued as long as the e-bike is returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in its original packaging.
If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund processing times depend on the order status:
Before shipment (no tracking number issued): Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
After shipment (tracking number issued): Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned items are received at our location.
Orders for in-stock e-bikes are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 days depending on your location. Overall, you can expect to receive your e-bike within 8-15 days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor its progress.
If your e-bike requires repair, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the repair or replacement process. Our team specializes in after-sales service in the US.
We offer the following warranty coverage:
- 36 months on the frame.
- 12 months on the battery, fork, handlebar, stem, seatpost, power components, and wheels.
- 3 months on items like the seat clamp, stem clamp, frame clamp, tires, saddle, fenders, safety hook, pedals, brakes, brake discs, brake levers, and kickstand.

You can start the bike, track data, and connect with other riders with the app. Download the "Fiido" app and pair via Bluetooth.
Riding range is influenced by assist mode, terrain, wind conditions, temperature, surface type, traffic stops, rider's weight, load, and tire pressure etc.
