How long can I ride on a single charge?
The D3 PRO requires only 5 hours to fully charge. Equipped with a 250W rated power motor, peaking at 429.3W, it can reach a top speed of 15.5 mph (25 km/h). In pedal-assist mode, it covers up to 50 miles (79 km), while in full throttle mode, it can cover 15.5 miles (25 km).
How do I connect the D3 PRO to the APP?
Download the "Fiido" application from Google Play Store or the iOS App Store. After registering an account, use Bluetooth to connect your vehicle.
Is the display easy to repair and replace?
Yes. The innovative display screen features a modular design, allowing replacement within 10 minutes. Most replacements can be done independently, or you can contact the nearest offline store for assistance.
Can I ride it in the rain? Is the battery waterproof?
Fiido E-bikes are ranked at IP54, meaning they can withstand water splashing from any angle and are also dust-protected. When riding Fiido bikes in the rain, they are not damaged by rain drops, mud, or water splashes from the ground. However, they may still be susceptible to damage from jets of water, temporary or continuous immersion in water, or washing with high-pressure devices.
How heavy is the D3 PRO eBike?
One of the lightest on the market, with a mere 38.6 lbs (17.5 kg) total weight, thanks to the aluminum alloy used throughout the body.
Is the D3 PRO easy to carry? I want to put it in the trunk of my car.
The D3 PRO, when folded, measures 49 x 11.8 x 24 inches (1240 x 300 x 610 mm). Enjoy effortless transportation with Fiido's loosened and folded stem extender.
Does the D3Pro come with an air pump?
No, the current version is on a promotional price and therefore does not include an air pump.
What certifications does this product have?
This E-bike has already obtained UN38.3, MSDS, FCC, and CE certifications, ensuring your riding safety.

The warranty periods are as follows:
