The bike is great, in its performance and reliability. I would like to suggest that you could make the bike internally cabled in your future bikes if that would not compromise the performance, make the brakes hydraulics and extend the length of the rear rack.

Great fun, long range ebike. Even the seat on the bike was comfortable. Contacted Fiido as I couldn't get headlight to work and they got right back to me to on how to get it working. Highly recommend.
