Recently, we have discovered that some products appearing on the market are not authorized by Fiido or have unclear sources (hereinafter referred to as “unauthorized products”). To protect users’ safety and legal rights, we hereby provide the following clarification:
1. What Are “Unauthorized Products”
A product is considered unauthorized if it meets any of the following conditions:
-
It was not purchased through official Fiido channels (official website, authorized online stores, authorized physical stores, etc.);
-
The product’s serial number (e.g., frame number, battery number, SN code, etc.) cannot be verified in our system;
-
Serial numbers, nameplates, or other identifying marks have been altered, covered, or replaced;
-
Second-hand products cannot provide valid proof of purchase from the original buyer.
The origin, quality, and safety of such products cannot be confirmed or guaranteed by Fiido.
2. Unauthorized Products Are Not Covered by Official Warranty
All vehicles and accessories identified as unauthorized:
-
Are not covered by any form of Fiido official warranty;
-
Are not eligible for Fiido recalls, upgrades, or extended warranty programs;
-
Will not receive free maintenance or original parts support at Fiido or partner service centers, and service providers have the right to refuse related services.
3. How to Protect Your Rights
To safeguard your funds and personal safety, we recommend that you:
-
Purchase only through official channels
-
Buy through Fiido’s officially authorized stores, fiido.com, or any of its 9 regional official websites;
-
Authorized channel lists can be found on the official website or obtained through customer service.
-
-
Request and retain valid proof of purchase
-
Actively request an official invoice or order confirmation at the time of purchase;
-
Keep these documents properly for future verification and warranty service.
-
-
Be cautious of unusually low prices or unclear sources
-
Remain highly alert to products that are significantly below market price or cannot clearly explain their source or channel.
-
-
Verify products if in doubt
-
If you are unsure whether a purchased product is authentic, provide the serial number through customer service, and Fiido will assist with verification;
-
Once verified as an unauthorized product, the company will inform you of the associated risks but will not assume warranty or after-sales responsibility.
-
4. Rights and Responsibilities
-
Fiido reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity that falsely promotes Fiido, forges or tampers with Fiido product markings, sells unauthorized products, or engages in other unlawful behavior.
-
Fiido is not responsible for any quality, safety, or dispute issues arising from unauthorized products, nor for any resulting losses.
-
We will continue to cooperate with relevant authorities to combat illegal activities that disrupt market order, ensuring a fair, just, and transparent market environment.
