For the price I am very satisfied with the m21.
I'm a biggish guy so battery wares out quite quick and I can only get 20 mph on flat if I lift the wheel off floor it goes to 28 mph. But it's fast enough on a design as the m21 is and the brakes just about cope with that speed. but not a bad over all entry level folding ebike.and was prompt in all correspondence and it arrived in about 10 days. Very pleased with my M21 torque electric bike . Was very pleased from start to finish with the whole process from ordering to having the bike delivered, mostly the fact that i ordered front and back racks , which Fiido got in touch and said they wouldnt fit the M21 bike and promptly refunded me in full. i put the bike together without a problem . La bici è potente il motore soddisfa appieno , i freni sono un po' insoddisfacenti e la batteria sbatte e fa rumore quando si prende dei dossi o buche , aspetto la sostituzione come promesso dalla fiido della sella perché è arrivata con un buco dovuto non dal trasporto , ma ancora non è arrivato nulla. In complesso una bella bicicletta. Facile da montare.
Sono felice di aver acquistato la mia m21 attraverso il sito, la compravendita è stata semplice ed economica in quanto ho usufruito di uno sconto. Il pagamento con PayPal mi ha permesso di stare tranquillo e di dilazionare la spesa. La spedizione è stata abbastanza veloce, circa 5 giorni dal momento dell’ordine, con nessuna tassa da pagare in quanto lo stabilimento era in Polonia. La bici ha qualche difetto, non legato alla bicicletta in generale, ma alla qualità di assemblaggio. Tutto è comunque risolvibile con un ottimizzazione delle regolazioni ( o quasi ). I freni non sono il massimo, ho preferito sostituirli con un modello più performante. La batteria balla nella sede quando si saltella su strada, risolto con del nastro gommato sulla stessa batteria. I pneumatici sono molto molto sottili… ho bucato praticamente subito. Ho risolto con del silicone nella camera d’aria. In fine, il manubrio per me era un po’ troppo basso e l’impossibilità di regolare l’altezza mi ha portato ad acquistarne uno un po’ più alto. In sintesi, il prezzo è ok, il mezzo veramente bello e performante. Personalmente avrei preferito spendere un po’ di più ma ricevere un po’ di più, sono comunque soddisfatto per tutto
