Can the battery be removed?
The battery can be removed, but frequent removal is not recommended to maintain the bike's overall design integrity. If you need to charge the battery separately, we suggest purchasing an extender battery for convenience.
What if I need a spare battery?
A range extender battery is available for purchase at the top of this page.
What's the special about torque sensing?
Fiido E-gravel uses a Mivice motor, a torque sensing system, and Fiido's exclusive torque algorithm. This setup instantly measures your pedaling power and provides real-time assistance for an intelligent and effortless riding experience.
How many levels are in power assist mode? And what're their difference?
Fiido E-gravel offers five power-assist modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, Turbo, and Turbo+. These modes range from low to high power output. Eco mode offers the most energy efficiency, while Turbo+ mode delivers maximum power and speed. You can switch between modes based on your cycling needs.
What is the difference between mid-mounted gauges and other gauges?
The new Fiido mid-mounted modular display uses cell phone screen technology, making it clearer and better waterproofed. Positioned centrally, it aligns with most riding habits, and the backlit buttons enhance visibility for night riding. This display offers a safer, more user-friendly design.
Is the display easy to repair and replace?
Yes. This innovative modular display is designed for easy replacement and can be swapped out in just 10 minutes.
What are the advantages of connecting my bike to the Fiido Mate smartwatch or Fiido app?
The Fiido E-gravel is designed to offer a more scientific and healthier cycling experience. By connecting to the Fiido Mate or app, you can start the bike effortlessly and monitor real-time fitness data like heart rate and blood oxygen levels during your ride. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights with enthusiasts around the world.
Why can I unlock the bike with the proximity start function via the Fiido Mate Smartwatch, but the Fiido App can't?
The app may be easily closed by iOS or Android background processes when not in use, causing it to enter deep sleep and making real-time activation unreliable. To prevent user inconvenience, this feature was not implemented for the app. However, you can still explore other exciting features through the app.
Is it possible to ride in rainy weather?
Yes, the Fiido E-gravel is IP54 waterproof, and the central display is IP67 waterproof. However, for safety reasons, we do not recommend riding in severe weather conditions.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
The Fiido E-gravel can be fully charged in just 3 hours, supporting a range of up to 80 km per charge. Please note that actual range may vary depending on riding conditions.
Are there any extra accessories are available?
The bike package includes a pair of fenders, a kickstand, a new mid-mounted display, a headlight, and a taillight. We’re also offering an exclusive extender battery, rear rack, and front basket for the Fiido E-gravel, which will be available for purchase soon. Stay tuned to Fiido for the latest updates.
I want to attach a child trailer to the C21/C22. What size hitch is compatible?
The rear axle thread of the C21/C22 is M12x1.25. A trailer hitch compatible with this size can be installed.
What certifications does this product have?
This E-bike has already obtained UN38.3, MSDS, CE, and FCC certifications, ensuring your riding safety.
Do I need to insure this E-bike?
Insurance policies vary by country. We recommend consulting your local insurance provider to confirm whether purchasing insurance is necessary.
